If there are a relationships with others in your life where you feel drained, you give too much, do too much, or put yourself out there and feel like you’re not getting much in return, there has to be a mutual energy exchange. Now is the time to pull in and reassess what you want, and how much of yourself you’re willing to give to others. Yes, we are moving into a selflessness time with more sharing, union, and unity. All of the things that embrace community with others and sharing, however, this time the share has to be balanced and mutual so you always can maintain harmony within first.

For years we have given and sacrificed all of ourselves for outside influences. This has created an imbalance within ourselves that has affected our physical nervous system, mental, physical and emotional bodies, and we ultimately become ill from the imbalance and are unable to continue our Soul work and journey in this lifetime.

This full moon we are bringing our ourselves back into balance, so we may more beneficially and selflessly work with others, continue our unity with community share and group consciousness, while we simultaneously nourish ourselves and keep ourselves in harmony first.

This will also be a time of sacrifice in relationships as those around you may not understand your new boundaries and may begin to project or try to break your vision and newfound freedom and harmony within. (These energies may have already surfaced during the eclipses) This is when you have an opportunity to step back, see around you, be discerning, and determine what is best for you, not led by ego, or guilt, but intuitive insight, wisdom, and internal balance and love.

So as we embrace this Libra full moon, let us release and find closure with whatever no longer serves us whether that be a person, place or things that surround us and lower our vibration.. its a continued purge, if you like. These could also be items around your home environment that carry too many painful memories and are a constant reminder of something that lowers our energy. Release yourself from them and let them go.

With the energy, you will be saving. It’s time to put that into activation and motion in your own life to create and bring forth your harmony and balance, living the life you truly want - not what you are forced to live. Your freedom and joy to exist freely is worth any sacrifices to get you there. Made with love..this energy opens you up to a new world of being. With more opportunity for creative flow, sparks of wisdom and insight to guide you further along the path.

By this full moon, mercury and venus will be out of retrograde, so there will be more clarity for what you want moving forward. Your path should be clear with no residual indecisiveness. If you are still experiencing brain fog or indecisiveness surrounding where you are supposed to be, or simply lacking direction, stop and ask yourself, are you talking yourself out of your soul‘s desire? Are you allowing your intuition to guide you? Are you allowing your higher mind to bring forth your soul‘s desires without interruption from your human analytical mind? Fall into meditation and hear the calling of your higher self. Follow the promptings of your Soul.

You may feel like a new person this full moon completely transformed from who you were last year or even just a few months ago as we have all been ascending to a higher level of consciousness.

It is so important to nourish our physical bodies with the highest quality food and take care of ourselves and make sure we are all in balance.
This may mean, changing the way we eat drink and coexist with others around us. We are eating to sustain ourselves, not for constant pleasure or overindulgence. Excess is not best and now it is a time to lighten our intake and illuminate from within.

This is a perfect time to do a cleanse, juice cleanse drink lots of water, lemon water make sure it’s organic if you can or homegrown is even better if possible!
